A throttle pedal is necessary in a motor vehicle for regulating the amount of power delivered to the system. The Kelly 0-5V throttle pedal is from Kelly Controllers that provides 0-5V output for the motor controller. This throttle controls speed using a magnetic sensor.

This throttle has three 4 wires that functions as follows:
RED: Input (+5V)

BLACK: Ground connection

BROWN: Output (Signal)

YELLOW AND BLUE: Switch
