The 170-013-0002 is a high-torque and high-speed series motor. It is compatible with older Yamaha axles and Club Cars. The 10-tooth motor reaches a speed of 19 mph with 10% more torque at 48V, while the maximum power is 7.4 hp (5.4 kW) or 9.6 hp (7.06 kW).

Some points to remember:

1. Golf cart motors from D&D work on 36 V and 48 V models.

2. Save an image of the motor wiring before removing it. Then use it as a reference since the replacement motor will be installed similarly.
